Handmade Happy Birthday glitter paper cake topper with a sweet mermaid theme.
The lettering is approximately 5 3/4" wide and 4 1/2" high.
This topper is made in-house with premium heavyweight pale pink glitter card stock and a 6" white popsicle stick. The back of the topper is white.
