Shipping + Delivery + Local Pick up

 

We do our best to process your order within 1-2 business days for items that are stock. Custom and personalized items are made to order and can take 5-10 business days or longer depending on the order. Please check processing times with us before placing your order if you require your items by a specific date.

We offer shipping across Canada, local delivery, and free local pick-up from our location in Ottawa, Ontario. 

Free Local Pickup

We offer free local pick up in the west end of Ottawa by appointment. You can select the "Pickup" option at checkout and when your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with the details to pick up your order.

If you're using ApplePay or GooglePay, make sure you select "Pick up" in the Delivery method section below the Express checkout, otherwise it will default to Shipping and the shipping cost will be charged. 

NEW! Local Delivery

You can now get your party supplies delivered right to your door if you live in the Ottawa area. Select "Ship" in the Delivery Method at checkout. The local delivery option will appear if you're in our delivery zone, when you use the regular checkout or the express checkout with ShopPay.

Deliveries are made weekly. Please note: Balloon Bar arrangements are not eligible for delivery and are only available for local pickup.

$10 local delivery or free delivery for orders $150+

Shipping

We currently use Canada Post or UPS for shipping across Canada. The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout.

There is an option to select $15 flat rate shipping across Canada and free shipping for orders over $200. All orders are tracked and you will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping (Expedited Parcel Service) once you receive your tracking number.
