Refund policy

If you're not happy with your item(s), please read our Refund or Replacement Policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We're so sorry! We do our best to carefully package your order but sometimes accidents happen. Please email us at hello@jolista.ca and include a picture of the item(s) and let us know what went wrong. We'll issue you a refund to the original method of payment or replace the item(s).

Please note, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must email us within 10 days of your order's delivered date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unopened item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@jolista.ca and let us know which item(s) you'd like to return. You are responsible for the return shipping charges or delivering the item(s) back to the pickup location.

Please note that sale items, custom orders, handmade items, opened items, and shipping fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Returning Shipped items: please carefully pack up the item(s) and ship them back to us using the carrier of your choice.

Returning Pickup items: please carefully pack up the item(s) and deliver them back to the pickup location at an agreed time. Once we've received the item and confirmed it is in original packaging, unopened, and in new condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method.

Balloon Orders To make changes to or cancel your balloon order, please contact us at hello@jolista.ca as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for balloon order changes or cancellations. We do not offer refunds on balloon orders. Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours notice will be reviewed for store credit eligibility. Orders requiring special materials may not be eligible for store credit, as these items are ordered exclusively for your arrangement.
