We use 100% natural biodegradable latex balloons, which break down naturally under normal environmental conditions. Foil balloons are durable and can be deflated and reused for future celebrations.

We are unable to fill balloons purchased elsewhere. This ensures we can stand behind the quality of every arrangement that leaves our studio.

Many of our products are customizable with our signature colour palettes and personalized decals, because the little details are what make a celebration feel truly yours. Customization options are available directly on each product page.

A Jolista Balloon Vignette is a professionally curated set of balloon arrangements designed around a specific theme and one of our signature colour palettes. Unlike a single bunch of balloons, a Vignette provides a multi-layered look for your event by combining different types of balloon arrangements into one photo-worthy styled moment. We also offer single arrangements if you prefer.

We offer free pickup at our studio in the west end of Ottawa, near Bayshore Mall. Pickup is by appointment only: your preferred pickup time will be confirmed when your order is ready.

We offer delivery within the Ottawa region. Simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Same-day delivery may be available; contact us before placing your order to confirm.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your postal code and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Most balloon orders are packaged in professional balloon bags for easy and safe transport, at no extra charge. Larger arrangements that do not fit in a bag can be transported carefully directly in your vehicle. All helium balloon arrangements include a custom balloon weight as described in each product listing.

To get the most out of your balloons, we recommend scheduling pickup or delivery as close to your event as possible and keeping them indoors until you’re ready to display them.

All helium latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to extend their float time. Under normal indoor conditions you can expect a minimum of 1-2 days, though we can only guarantee balloons for the day of pickup or delivery as conditions vary once they leave our studio.

A few things to keep in mind: balloons don’t love temperature extremes. In cold temperatures foil balloons may look slightly deflated, but they’ll bounce back once brought indoors. In high heat, helium and air expands and can cause balloons to pop. Latex balloons exposed to sunlight and warm air will shift from glossy to matte over time; this is completely normal.

For the longest life, keep balloons away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and rough surfaces. If displaying outdoors, choose a cool shaded spot and limit their time outside as much as possible.

We do not offer refunds on balloon orders. Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours notice will be reviewed for store credit eligibility. Orders requiring special materials may not be eligible for store credit, as these items are ordered exclusively for your arrangement.
