Shipping policy

We offer shipping across Canada, local delivery, and free local pick-up from our studio in Ottawa, Ontario. 

We do our best to process your order within 1 business day for in-stock items. Custom and personalized items that are made to order can take up to 5 business days. Please check processing times with us before placing your order if you require your items by a specific date. 

Shipping

We currently use Canada Post or UPS for shipping across Canada. The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping (Expedited Parcel Service) once you receive your tracking number. 

There is an option to select $15 flat rate shipping across Canada. All orders are tracked and you will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.

In a rush? If you need your order sooner, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Please note, carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. Please allow extra time to receive your package. 

Free Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our west end Ottawa location (near Bayshore Mall) by appointment only. You can select the "Pickup" option at checkout and when your order is ready, you'll receive a email notification with the details to pick up your order.

Local Delivery

You can now get your party supplies and balloons delivered right to your door if you live in the Ottawa area. The local delivery option will appear if you're in our delivery zone and the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your postal code.
