- "1" pennant made of premium card stock and adorned with a felted heart shape and a satin bow with tulle.

- The felted tulle banner is approx. 22" wide and 8" tall, with an additional 12" of string on each side for a total length of 46".

The spacing between the felt balls and tulle tassels can be adjusted to your liking.
