This adorable smiley cloud balloon bouquet is the perfect photo prop and party decoration for a sky themed celebration, first birthday, or baby shower. 

The Cloud bouquet includes:

- One smiley cloud foil balloon with pink and metallic gold accents, approximately 20 x 14” inflated

- Organic cloud base made of white latex balloons

This is an air filled design (no helium) and is suitable for indoors. The mini tower is designed to sit on a coffee table, console, or dining table.
